My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating. While the hotel has lovely grounds and clean areas, the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered numerous issues, particularly with the room and amenities. The dining options were mediocre, and the overall experience did not meet the standards expected from a resort spa. I recommend this hotel only if you’re seeking a space to relax without high expectations for service or amenities.

My stay at the resort was quite mixed. I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with beautiful views. The ambiance by the pool was lovely, albeit a bit too lively for my taste. While the on-site dining was satisfactory, it could definitely be improved in terms of value for money. Additionally, I found the resort fee and food prices to be on the higher side, given the quality received.

The hotel was a mixed experience for my husband and me during our honeymoon. We were really looking forward to the chocolate cookies at check-in, which were a delightful touch. The room was spacious and gave us a lovely balcony view, but we were disappointed by the noise levels from neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet didn’t meet our expectations, as we were hoping for more variety and faster service. All in all, while there were some great features like the room size and warm cookies, the overall quality fell short of what we anticipated.
